OUR HISTORY

Awerkamp, Goodnight, Schwaller & Nelson, P.C. was founded in 1986 to provide high-quality, responsive service to our clients. The four original shareholders came from a national firm environment where the structure of the firm was resulting in less day-to-day contact with their clients. The goal was to re-engage with clients to offer knowledgeable advice regarding business and tax issues. Over the years, shareholders have retired, and new shareholders have been added. Today the firm goes by AGSN, P.C., but the mission remains the same. High quality, responsive service with heavy shareholder involvement.
